By creating an account or using InnerForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use InnerForge.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

What InnerForge Provides

InnerForge offers science-backed personality quests and the Forge Blueprint — a personalized AI prompt for self-discovery. Our tools are designed for personal growth and educational purposes.

InnerForge is not a substitute for professional mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without our written permission.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content through any input field.

Payments

InnerForge offers both free and paid plans. Paid access is a one-time payment processed through Paddle.

All sales are final. Once payment is processed, you receive lifetime access to all quests and features included in the paid plan.

Refund Policy

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Terms of Service.

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at support@innerforge.ai or reach out to Paddle directly. Approved refunds are typically returned within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of your quiz responses and any content you input. You grant us a license to process this content solely to provide the service.

Our content: The InnerForge platform, quests, algorithms, design, and branding are our intellectual property. Your Forge blueprint is provided for your personal use — you're free to copy, share, and paste it into any AI tool.

Limitation of Liability

InnerForge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
